Paper butterflies for spring decoration - handicrafts with children day 4

Hi everyone,

last time we made a window decoration for Easter together (here. go to the blog post). Today I want to show you how to fold these great paper butterflies (see instruction video below):

For example, you can decorate a spring shrub with the butterflies. Simply collect a few fallen branches in the forest, place them in a vase and decorate them with butterflies, flowers and paper leaves. A beautiful spring bouquet is ready! Crafts are a lot of fun and you can enjoy this homemade spring decoration for a long time. I will show you how to make the paper flowers and leaves in the next episode of Suzu's handicraft lesson.

For this simple DIY craft idea, we only need a few minutes and a few materials that you will have safely at home. In the video below I explain to you step by step how to make the paper butterflies. Here we go!

To all children: You can easily burn yourself with hot glue. Please let your parents stick the butterflies or fasten them on a string and hang them on the branches as a pendant.
